Welcome offer & referral terms
Bright Owl Club is for adults. Offers apply only to eligible paid PDF downloads purchased directly from brightowl.ca, excluding Amazon and Etsy. Welcome and friend coupons are 15% off; each referral reward is one free digital download (100% off one eligible item). Each coupon is personal, single-use, expires 30 days after issue, has no cash value and cannot be combined with another coupon. Welcome and friend coupons are for a first direct purchase and cannot both be used.
To qualify, a new customer must join through your referral link, confirm their email and use their friend coupon to complete their first paid purchase. A reward is issued after a seven-day hold when payment is confirmed and no refund or dispute is recorded. Self-referrals, duplicate identities and refunded or disputed purchases do not qualify. Up to five rewards may be issued per referrer in a rolling 30-day period. Share only with people who welcome your recommendation, and mention that you may earn a free download.
We may withhold or cancel rewards linked to abuse or a reversed payment and may change or end the program prospectively. Existing valid offers remain usable until expiry unless linked to abuse or reversal. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Questions: contact@ansellpublishing.com.
